We are still finishing up our studies about George Washington Carver and peanuts! Most of our plants are growing beautifully outside Ms. Kimmel’s classroom – no one can step on them there and they are getting lots of sunshine and rain. Meanwhile, when there is no rain, we are watering every day at recess.
We are also working on a short play about Dr. King. The kids are learning to read their parts with expression and fluency. Our class is also really good at singing the PEACE song!
